However, our high safety standards are not nearly as effective as they should be, if our laws that enforced toy recalls don't require the manufacturer to (effectively) communicate them to the public. <em>P.S. You know, some information is available using access to information requests which can help determine exactly how this is being handled internally at HC. - Geoff A few questions:
